Dallas likes Oatmeal

Now of course this is an after-the-fact photo, and those never quite catch the spirit of the story. But it is the same setting. Picture me sitting on the floor feeding Madalyn her oatmeal. Dallas frequently joins us for this ritual, per my request, because Dallas provides entertainment for Madalyn and reduces the amount of wrestling Madalyn and I do over the spoon. This morning Dallas was particularly interested in Madalyn's oatmeal. This didn't really catch my attention. Dallas is a picky eater and will frequently sniff people food without having any interest in tasting it. And then Dallas's tongue landed in the oatmeal bowl. Surprise! I guess Dallas likes oatmeal!And Madalyn and I moved on to prunes :-)
