Today was the day - the day of Jason's dissertation defense!! His presentation was outstanding - it was so good. And we were waiting in the hall for the committee to make their determination less than 2 minutes before Dr. Sterling Shumway opened the door and said: "Congratulations, Dr. Northrup"! I teared up - it was a wonderful moment! And in December when he crosses the stage in full regalia, we will party :-)Wednesday, October 22, 2008
