First, we read the story of baby Jesus with Madalyn, out of her lift-the-flap Bible, and then we talked about the story as we set up the nativity. Then, in the tradition of the wiseman, we worshipped (through song). Madalyn seemed to like this part - she likes when we sing. Next, we read the story of santa and what happens the night before Christmas. After, we set out cookies and milk for santa together.
The scene was set, and Madalyn went to bed!
We caught Dallas moments later helping Santa out!
