Our playgroup had a gift exchange Christmas party! I was so glad Madalyn got a good book - it's by one of her favorite authors (yes, Madalyn has favorite authors even if she doesn't know their names), Karen Katz. We had a good time at the party! I'm not sure Madalyn understood what was happening at the gift exchange - I'm not sure she understands gifts; but I feel confident she'll have it figured out by the end of next week!!

Books.... one of my favorite parts of childhood. :) I still love getting and even better giving books.
