We had an awesome playdate at Lake Belton last week - it was scavenger hunt. We had a bucket and a list of items to find. 
My favorite part is when I asked Madalyn if she saw a wild flower. She said excitedly: 'Oh! There's one over there! By the slide!"
We were way to far from the playground for her to spot a wildflower. But I recognized my daughter's heart and made sure we headed for the slide after our hunt ;-)
